I'm Looking for a RasPi 2 (Octopi) Housing in the Same Style as the Original Rambo Mini Case The best approach is to use supports, but not too fine, so add an extra 1mm for the holes. Then use M3 screws to assemble it and mount it on the frame. I printed this housing in ABS orange with standard ABS settings. Printer: Prusa i3 Plus Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 200 um Infill: 20% If you want to speed up the printing, edit the STL file and change the wall thickness from 2mm to 1mm. This will create a hollow box instead of a solid one.
