<h3>Prusa i3 plotter mount</h3><p>Tiny part wich adds 2d printing function to your 3d printer. The part is simple, but reliable. I tried to use some fancier mounts, but it did not work. My solution is i think the best for prusa i3 because of its simplicity, reliability and easy instalation. Its suitable for printing decorative pictures, collorbooks or even geometrical drawings.</p><p>the pen mount can be mounted to the hotend using the original fan screws, they are long enough to hold the fan and the pen mount at once. The rubber bands should be added before the instalation to the hotend. The print area is 210x170mm.&nbsp;</p><p>To “slice” your picture, use the tips from the video below, it worked quite well for me. Unfortunately, I can not include any of my drawing gcodes here, because thea are not generated in prusaslicer, so they arent supported by this web page.</p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CuWZWAfBsm8"></oembed></figure><p>Part print settings: nothing special, just keep the heatbed on.</p><p>Filament recomendation: use prusa orange filament for better look on your printer.</p><p>Plotter settings: exact same as shown in the video, it works really well for me.</p>
