I decided to replace my original hotend with a new E3D v6-hotend and converted my printer to use a bowden extruder at the same time. I wanted to reuse as much of the old parts as possible. This kit includes: ExtruderPlate: This replaces the U-bent metal part where the extruder stepper motor was originally mounted. It serves as a base plate for the hotend holder ExtruderPlate_AdapterE3D: This adapter plate allows you to mount the hotend holder (I used this one, but you can use any holder that fits two M3-screws 24mm apart) on top of it ExtruderAdapter_ohneKleinesGewinde: This part replaces a section of the original extruder and is designed to fit the PTFE-tubing-holder delivered with the E3D-v6-hotend StepperHolder: With this part, you can mount the stepper motor/bowden-extruder on top of your printer (this part is still in progress) Updates: 2016/02/19: I first uploaded the wrong StepperHolder. Now added Version 004, added a PDF; updated ExtruderPlate to ExtruderPlate_005 which adds missing holes for X-direction-belt and moves lower mounting holes a little down 2019/01/08: Added an alternative extruder adapter plate with a very simple fan attached Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 P802M Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2-0.4mm Notes: I used 100% infill for the ExtruderAdapter as I expect quite some forces there How I Designed This: You can find it on fusion360 here: https://a360.co/2rbIY5b
