I'm excited about the prospect of putting this thing through its paces. It's still in testing, but I think swapping out the motor for a NEMA 23 will give it a serious boost in speed and power. My ultimate goal is to turn this into a miniature CNC mill using the Prusa i3 design - if it all comes together, I'll be sure to share some photos of the finished product. For now, though, I'm focusing on making some key modifications to get it ready for prime time. First up: changing the belt hole to 12mm to accommodate an XL-sized belt. This will give me a bit more flexibility in terms of belt selection and overall performance. One thing worth noting is that this design was originally intended to work with M8 screws, but if you'd prefer to use M5 instead, I've included a little converter piece that can help bridge the gap between the two. Just print it out and you're good to go! As for where this all started, I'm still in the process of redesigning some key components, so bear with me as things come together. Thanks for checking it out!
