I had the problem after i replaced the normal steel U-bolts (MK3S) which hold the LM8UU bearings, with new printed parts like this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3558209/files that they collide with the printers structure. So i modified the original (Prusa MK3S+) y-rod holder in that way, that the y rods comes +0.5 mm higher. The z-change is within the tolerance of the firmware, so no problem here and it worked perfect for me (no collision) I included the stepfile, so you can easy modify it...
