This will snugly fit into the grooves of a Prusa MK3s y-axis, making it easy to keep cables neatly organized. I'm fairly certain those extrusions are indeed 3030, although I've been unable to find any written documentation to confirm this. Print in vase mode, with layers stacking vertically and a brim applied. A layer height of 0.3mm is perfectly acceptable.
