These are vibration dampening feet for the Prusa i3 MK3S, that mount directly to your printer without any modifications. You can leave the stock feet on, and slide these underneath your printer. As you can see in the image, there is a cavity in my design where the stock feet sit. An added benefit of this design is that it gives you some more clearance underneath the printer.
