I upgraded my Zonestar with a remixed Petsfang extruder based on the Prusa design, specifically the MK3S upgrade with 3-pin detection module and dual gear extruder built-in. To adapt this to the Zonestar P802, I designed a new mount and modified an older Petsfang model. The Lerdge board used restricts me from utilizing the latest 3-pin filament detection found in newer Prusa models, which lacks a visual indicator - I'm not particularly fond of it. However, I appreciate the idea of having a compact design with the extruder integrated. The adapter was designed by me, and it includes a teflon pipe holder that fits within the base's upper section, ensuring the pipe remains in place. The base itself is based on Prusa's knowledge base but re-designed to accommodate Petsfang components, including the duct and 40 mm fan cover. These parts were originally created by the Petsfang designer and can be downloaded from Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2998712. To utilize the MK3's four-pin filament sensor or Prusa's original connector directly mounted on the bearings, you will need to download additional parts from the link provided above. If you prefer to use the Prusa connector, you will also require extruder components for the i3 MK3S, which can be found on the Prusa website; however, this may necessitate replacing the Z-axis mounts due to differences in linear guide distance between builds. The gears for the extruder, Pinda sensor, and E3D V6 clone were sourced from Trianglelab's shop on AliExpress.
