Prusa I3 Mk3S+ Mosquito Hotend Upgrade

<p>I modified the "R6" Extruder parts that come with the Mk3s+ printers to work with the Slice Engineering Mosquito Hotend. This is only compatible with the 40mm fan.</p> <p>I left a "vent" in the Extruder Cover part. I don't know if this is necessary or not but it is on the R4 parts available on the Slice Engineering website so I included it.</p> <p>A new 26.6mm long PTFE tube will be required.</p> <p>Note: I run a high flow 40mm fan on my printers with the prusa firmware modified to allow the fan to run at full speed.</p> <p>This is still a work in progress. I am currently doing "stress test" of these parts with 100+ hours printing with ABS/ASA with the stock Noctua fan to see if there are further changes needed to my design.</p> <p>Update 1: Fan Shroud v2 to give better clearance to the Heat Block.</p> <p>Update 2: T Mount v2 to adjust the PTFE through hole diameter.</p> <p>Update 3: Fan Shroud v3 increase clearance to heat block based on testing results.</p> <p>Update 4: After 40 hours of printing I took the Extruder apart for an inspection. Modification to the Extruder body, Motor Plate, and Extruder Cover to increase the clearance of the heat block.</p> <p>Update 5: Hopefully final update to the Extruder body, Motor Plate, Extruder cover and Fan Shroud to mitigate the risk of the plastic parts melting when printing with high temp materials. Switched to ASA material for all the parts.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I used the .15mm Quality Profile for the i3 mk3s in ASA.</p>
