This is a simplified rendition of the Prusa i3 MK3S LCD screen cover plate. Be aware that the reset button has been removed, so refrain from downloading this design if you rely on it. After printing, don't forget to remove the two small support towers as shown in the final picture. The screen assembly won't fit without removing this support material. You won't need to turn on supports for this print since the two small support towers are already integrated into the model itself.
