PRUSA I3 MK3S fs-cover upgrade -- Filament Cleaner

I modified the open-source file "fs-cover" in my PRUSA I3 MK3S 3D Printer's collection of 3D printed parts because the workshop where my printer resides gets very dusty and was negatively impacting my prints. To address this issue, I designed and manufactured a filament cleaning system that consists of a cylinder with a small piece of firm kitchen sponge inside. Before and during each print job, I soak the sponge in mineral spirits to effectively remove dust particles from the filament. Since implementing this modification, I have not experienced any problems with dust affecting my prints. Note: To ensure heat resistance, I printed the parts using PETG, but it was a bit stringy initially, causing issues with the threading of the two pieces. However, I simply screwed and unscrewed them for about 5 minutes to clear the threads, after which everything worked smoothly.
