These are modified Z-tops designed specifically for the Prusa i3 MK3 printer. They enable you to visually inspect the lead screws from directly above, allowing for precise verification of alignment and any potential wobble issues. Additionally, I incorporated a reverse Bowden adapter into the right-hand Z-top, courtesy of codiac2600's expert guidance. The adapters come in two versions: one is tailored for standard M6 Bowden tubes, while the other accommodates an M10 Passthrough fitting compatible with codiac2600's innovative reverse Bowden system, which can be accessed here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2823965
