I redesigned MattyVee's frame by increasing the space between the sides by 1.5mm to accommodate larger pulleys, which mitigated rubbing issues that occurred when the pulley heated up and expanded. Additionally, I widened the guide slots for the fork to 6mm, enabling me to use 6mm spacers to perfectly center my pulley. For optimal results with my specific pulley, a pair of precisely sized 6x6x3mm spacers - identical to those used in Mk3 bed spacers - were all that was needed to achieve smooth motion and precise alignment.
