On my brand new Prusa i3 MK3, I discovered that the X-axis motor cable was not routed like those of the other axes. This small guide is attached to the remaining hole in front of the motor and the output cable secured with two cable ties as shown in the first picture. You can utilize the provided cable ties and an M3x10 screw from the spare parts. HTH
