After several months of use, I encountered a random and intermittent "Err: PRINT FAN ERROR" on my Prusa i3 MK3. Following some intense investigation, I discovered that one conductor of the fan wires had snapped off inside the insulation due to repeated bending just behind the support protruding from the back of the X Carriage. After repairing the damaged wire segment, I created and printed this strain relief in Ninjatek Semiflex with the intention of preventing future occurrences. Installation is incredibly simple - just cut three tie wraps, insert this component, and reattach the three tie wraps along with an additional one at the very end. The strain relief was designed to taper down gradually towards one end, allowing for a smooth bend. However, some of the thinnest sections may not print well due to being excessively thin. No problem, simply trim off the problematic section and it will still function effectively. Check out this video for more information: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbKcj5tHjP0
