I don't get why they made belt maintenance so complicated on MK3. So, I created a version that lets you access the belt clamps easily while still being just as solid. I started with the original Prusa design and worked from there. If you're able to print this upgrade, it's best to do so before assembling your MK3 for the first time. Trying to add it later can be a real challenge. Check out https://youtu.be/PZq--mrwg2w (thanks Mat1UK) for more information. I printed versions of this upgrade using both ABS and PETG, and they turned out great. I used 0.35mm layer thickness just like the stock parts, and the standard settings in slic3r worked perfectly, except I added 0.3mm elephant foot compensation to help with the screw holes and channel. **2/12/18 Update**: Prusa released R2 versions, so I updated the back cover to give belt access. Make sure to flip it over before slicing.
