Prusa i3 MK3 Sleepy LCD Cover

This is a protective cover designed specifically for Prusa i3 MK3 LCD screens. It is an enhanced version of pokeimon's original [screen cover](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2764773) with some notable improvements. The handle on this cover has been redesigned to eliminate issues encountered with the original, which sometimes sliced unevenly and was not properly attached to the plate. Additionally, it incorporates the iconic sleepy emoji from hoich's [sleepy emoji](http://www.woi3d.com/thing/89722). To achieve a sturdy build, I printed this cover at 50% infill, resulting in a solid structure that is more than sufficient for its purpose. The small size of the sleepy emoji proved to be a challenge during printing, with some parts not printing properly due to the limited Z resolution available on my printer. Nevertheless, it remains easily recognizable and visually appealing.
