Prusa i3 MK3(S) (+ MMU V2) Extruder Cooling Fan Duct
prusaprinters

I've added two versions for MMU users, but these designs are based on CAD models of the MMU version of the printers. This means that I can't confirm whether they actually fit.

This is a revised version of CG-Tech his design. The major change here is that the cooling duct is now integrated with Prusa's own filament sensor cover. This allows you to mount the extruder cooling duct with a bolt instead of superglue.

You will need a 5V fan to cool the extruder stepper motor. Look at CG-Tech his post for more information on how to wire the fan.

Print the part in the orientation as shown in the .STL file. You will need some support material for the filament sensor cover part, but that shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks to CG-Tech for the great design!

Support
If you want to support me for the designs I publish for free, please consider using my AliExpress Affiliate Link when buying something from AliExpress. It doesn't cost you anything extra, but helps me out a lot :)

The link in this post is an affiliate link.

Print instructions

Category: 3D Printing Summary

I've added two versions for MMU users, but these designs are based on CAD models of the MMU version of the printers.
