Prusa i3 MK3 Reverse Bowden Setup

v3 edit: everything remains largely the same, with one major change - I've designed an arm that fits a standard 3/4in bowden coupler (9.5mm). You'll need to pair it with a compatible screw-on coupler, but you can simply use "zcubed's" design from Thingiverse, which I remixed from my smaller version. v2 edit: I created a new arm to detach the assembly from its metal frame, and the new arm is roughly the same length as the old one. It snaps into place on top of the rods and provides some flexibility while remaining secure enough for printing. Many solutions exist for reverse bowden setups on the MK3, but none suited my needs perfectly. Some designs weren't meant to be used with two bowden couplers, and others had incompatible coupling screw sizes. I customized everything accordingly. I utilized smaller threaded bowden couplers since I'd already ordered this kit from Amazon: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01M0JE0AG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I discovered a great arm solution by user robertwallace but found it too short, so I modified it to add more length (approximately 20.5cm) and incorporated an insert for the bowden coupler. I filled the holes in the back of the parts and bonded them together permanently. On The Extruder Site, I printed the Filament Sensor Cover by Area51 and remixed the Bowden Coupling from zcubed to fit my threads.
