Prusa i3 MK3 Heatbed Wire 90 Degree Angle Piece
thingiverse
I designed my own solution since existing ones didn't meet my needs. The custom part helps prevent wire collisions with walls when an IKEA Lack housing houses the printer. My design features a heatbed version with screws that act as contactors rather than being soldered directly. There's sufficient space inside for these contactors to fit comfortably. To keep the overall height of the printing level at a reasonable level, I plan to route the heatbed wires beneath it; the screws will transmit current from the wire to the heatbed PCB, ensuring efficient electrical connections. Assembly involves using identical screws just like in the original part design.
