Part is engineered to clear the left-hand Z-axis screw while still safeguarding the fan inlet. To install, you will need to swap out the factory 18mm long M3 socket head screws for 20mm long M3 flathead screws. I also created a similar fan cover for part cooling blower - search for "Prusa i3 Mk3 Blower Cover - Louvered". Both can be seen in the picture showing the part installed on the printer.
