The original model from TheGord was designed specifically for the Prusa i3 Mk2S and failed to fit properly on my Prusa i3 Mk3. I took 1.5mm off the top side of the motor bracket, resulting in a perfect fit. Additionally, I added a 1mm washer since the camera felt slightly loose without it.
