Prusa i3 MK3 Bed leveling calibration squares - Parametric
thingiverse
After experiencing numerous problems with bed leveling on my Prusa i3 MK3, I decided to build these squares to pinpoint exactly where the issue lay.\r\n\r\nThe design was created in Fusion 360, and I have included the file for anyone who wants to adapt it to a different printer.\r\n\r\nIf you want to exclude any of the lines, simply set their thickness to less than your printer's capability and your slicer should automatically exclude them.\r\n\r\nRemember to print without a skirt or brim! If you do want to include a skirt, don't forget to scale your dimensions accordingly.\r\nIt takes about 7 minutes to complete the printing process.\r\n\r\nThe parameters with their default values in brackets are:\r\n\r\nLayerHeight => Self Explanatory (0.2mm)\r\nSquareDimension => Dimension of the squares (20mm)\r\nBed_X => Build plate X dimension (250mm)\r\nBed_Y => Build plate Y dimension (210mm)\r\nLineThickness => Thickness of the lines between the squares (0.48mm)\r\nMidLineThickness => Thickness of the diagonal lines between corners and midpoints (0.48mm)
