I carefully crafted these components to eliminate the Z axis lead screw wobble and offer superior support to rotation.\r\n\r\nGiven the limited space available, I had to modify the T8 Nut lead screw fasteners in order to create this design.\r\n\r\nThe lead screws are seated 5mm inside the bearings, while the rods also sit a bit deeper. The buttons also provide additional bearing purchase to the lead screws \r\n\r\nRod and bearing holes are engineered to be a press fit.\r\n\r\nAssembly demands stepper motors, rods, and lead screws to be parallel and square with the frame (verify spacing and frame offsets using calipers). \r\n\r\nAlso, inspect any cable tie overhangs on the X Carriage as the clearances are quite tight! \r\n\r\nIf you experience any vibration on the lead screws, check that the Z axis stepper motor mounts are square to the frame. \r\n\r\nThis design necessitates two 608 bearings.
