Prusa i3 MK3 angled heatbed cable cover
thingiverse
This thing replaces the original Prusa i3 MK3 heatbed cable cover and reorients the heatbed cable so it won't crash into an Ikea LACK enclosure. It's not a remix but a mashup of other designs including the Original Prusa i3 MK3 design, angled heatbed cable covers for the Prusa i3 MK3, and especially T1miverse's design at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2964580. T1miverse notes that cables are a tight fit but will work with some effort. I was uncomfortable with the stress on connectors in the original design so I developed one with more room inside. The cover connects to the heatbed from beneath using an M3x10 screw, and two washers should keep the tip of the screw from protruding more than 1 mm above the top of the cover. The clip then connects using M3x10 or M3x12 screws. I printed the cover with eSUN ABS+, but any temperature-resistant material like PETG or ABS should be acceptable. Modified cover to block heatbed LED: Some people find the flashing heatbed LED annoying, and Mr_Tantrum at https://www.thingiverse.com/Mr_Tantrum suggested a fix: print in a light color to get a flashing glow instead of harsh light, or print in solid black for no light at all. I added his file Cable_Cover_LightBlock.stl to the thing files so you can try it out.
