This is a 3D-printable version of the so-called "623h bearing housing" designed specifically for the Prusa i3 MK3. In step two of the Prusa manual, this bearing housing is utilized for the Y-Axis assembly, but I believe it's equally applicable to the X-Axis setup. Considering its purpose as an idler, I'm convinced that a part like this doesn't necessarily require metal fabrication; a 3D-printed version would suffice.
