Update: Be mindful of the screws not to crack the brackets! Slightly enlarging the holes might be necessary! A bracket for the right side of the Y-Axis has been created, based on design principles from thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1848700 (Thank you for sharing!). This new bracket is entirely constructed from scratch. For the right bracket, take a bearing and cut it in half, then shorten both halves about 1mm using sanding paper or a similar tool. Due to the frame's shape, full bearings cannot be used. This setup provides significantly better guidance than a single bearing. However, beware that new bearings may experience some friction initially, which could cause the printer's self-test to fail. For high-acceleration prints and heavy-duty performance, a very loose bed is essential. In this case, it's recommended to skip the self-test altogether once you've installed these accessories. To ensure smooth operation, print in high-power mode for XYZ calibration and conduct 1-3 prints (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1919441) to allow the bearings and rods to work themselves in. For optimal results, print the brackets with the orientation shown in the attached image. This bracket has been made using PETG from https://www.3dpsp.de/, which has proven to be an excellent material for printer parts. It exhibits no drooping or degradation, processes well, and offers sturdy construction with no adhesion issues. Additionally, it provides vibrant colors at a reasonable price.
