There's also a version available that closely resembles the original design, perfect for those who prefer to stick with the standard configuration without the anti-wobble feature. By implementing the tensioner as shown in the image, you'll achieve a regulation of 4.5mm and won't compromise the available print area. Here's what you'll need to get started: BOM: Required for both the original part and this custom design: - 2 M3x10 (DIN 912/ISO 4762) screws - 2 M3 square nuts (DIN 562) - 1 M3x18 (DIN 912/ISO 4762) screw - 1 GT2-16 623h bearing - 1 M3 nylock nut (DIN 985/ISO 7040) New components for the tensioner: - 1 M3x30 hex head (DIN 933/ISO 4017) screw - 1 M3 square nut (DIN 562) Additional parts required for the anti-wobble feature: - 2 M3x10 (DIN 912/ISO 4762) screws - 2 M3 nuts (DIN 934) Updates and modifications: September 21st, 2017: Space was added inside to facilitate better belt movement.
