Prusa i3 MK2S PSU Case
thingiverse
A compact PSU enclosure designed for the stock 12V power supply that comes with the Prusa i3 MK2S. This case effectively encloses all electrical connections, preventing accidental electrocution. Originally created to relocate a PSU from an IKEA Lack enclosure, this solution is ideal for those who need to place their power supply away from the printer itself. Users can simply reuse the stock connections and power switch provided with the printer. This part was designed based on the TLPZ-12-240 (see attached PDF and drawing). The holes on the case's sides are intended for M4 x 6 mm socket cap screws to securely fasten the PSU. While there are multiple fastener locations, only two screws are necessary to adequately retain the PSU. When handling mains voltages and wiring, extreme caution is essential. Do not attempt to use this part unless you have a thorough understanding of the wiring. Incomplete or incorrect wiring can result in significant personal injury or property damage.
