Here is my solution for the filament guide in a Prusa i3 MK2S clone, tailored specifically for use within a Lack enclosure when paired with the Dondolo extruder. By combining two distinct approaches, I was able to meet all of my requirements. Since I prefer not to feed the filament from the top and want to ensure that removing the enclosure cover is easy, I opted to feed it from the bottom instead. This necessitates a light filament bending mechanism to accommodate this setup. I have printed and tested the design, but it has yet to be utilized within the confines of the enclosure itself.
