Prusa i3 MK2S Fan supply fan duct 80mm
thingiverse
I built an enclosure for my MK2S using a modified Ikea Lack table. As I didn't want to remove the power supply and mount it under the table, it needs some fresh air inside the enclosure. To solve this issue, I drilled 1x 75mm hole A right next to the PS and 1x 75mm hole B on the opposite side at the top of the enclosure. I mounted 1x 80mm fan attached at the inside on hole B that blows heat and fumes outside and 1x dust filter attached at outside of hole A that filters air. I also attached a duct fan that directs all cool air directly to my PS and through into the enclosure. Print with PLA should be okay if not in contact with hot power supply, thickness is 1.2mm so 3 perimeters at 0.4mm extrusion width.
