Prusa i3 MK2 X-Carriage - Belt Aligned

I, like many others, experienced a frustrating issue with my 3D printer's belt wearing down prematurely due to a misaligned belt holder on the x-carriage. I scoured the internet for solutions, but most threads only scratched the surface of the problem. Undeterred, I decided to dive into the SCAD code and investigate further. After some digging, I discovered that the alignment of the belt center was offset from the bearing rail center by a mere 2mm - a small discrepancy that caused significant grinding issues on the idler belt wheel. I tweaked the code accordingly and voila! The model now prints with silky-smooth motion. Kudos to Josef Prusa and his team for creating such an excellent printer, and hats off to their dedication to perfecting it.
