Here is a simple-to-print and use Prusa i3 mk2 x axis tensioner, requiring a 624zz bearing and an M4 x 18 or 20 screw and nut for the bearing. It also has two positions for two M4 captive nuts and M4 screws (required length over 20mm) to allow for belt tension adjustment. It applies tension to the end of the X axis rods, preventing the Z axis smooth rods from bending.
