Prusa i3 MK2 Upgrade - Titan Clone, 12mm probe, Prusa Mk3 fan duct

First thing - this is the first design/remix I have published, so if I made any mistakes please let me know so I can correct them. This is a remix of the SE SE Prusa i3 Mk2 upgrade kit for E3D Titan Extruder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2065461 UPDATE 28/11/20 As the fan shroud in this thing was a "crude" combination of the S+E mount and the Prusa i3 Mk3 fan shroud, I have designed a new Thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4668957 that will allow use of the original Prusa Mk3 Fan Shroud with the S+E Prusa i3 Mk3 Extruder Upgrade kit. The last 2 pictures show this updated fan mount and the original Prusa i3 part fan shroud in place on the printer. ================================================================== June 2020 I really like this Extruder design, but I am using Titan and E3D clones plus a 12mm Inductive sensor - so I needed to make some adjustments: - Adjust extruder body to accept Titan Clone Extruder - Add mount for 12mm Inductive probe - Add thumb wheel adjustment for Probe height - Change the cable exit arm to allow a horizontal attachment to a cable chain rather than the Prusa style cable bundle - Move cable tie points to suit new layout - Close off the inner surface of the fan duct attachment nut trap (I found when I printed this there was a void that "swallowed" the nut inside the model) - Clean up the old attachment points so that the model has a "cleaner" look about it after the adjustments. - Add (fairly crudely) a remixed fan duct that adds the Prusa i3 Mk3 duct to the SE fan duct attachment model - I found the larger SE fan ducts just too restrictive in monitoring print progress. The thumbwheel adjuster uses one of the 12mm nuts supplied with the sensor which is inserted into the nut trap within the thumbwheel. The Sensor holes in the Extruder mount and the thumbwheel adjuster are intentionally tight - light adjustment with a file will be needed - the idea is that the extruder mount lightly grips the probe which is enough, along with the cable fixing to stop the probe turning when the thumbwheel is rotated but will allow vertical movement driven by the nut. Conversely the thumbwheel itself should not grip the probe much beyond engaging the nut. It needs light incremental adjustment of the bores to get it set up to work correctly. Alternately you can just file out the holes a little and use a further 12mm nut on the bottom of the probe beneath the extruder part face to secure the probe if this isn't working for you. I used the original S+E X carriage I've had this setup running on my Hictop 3DP for over a month now, and I'm very happy with the results.
