Prusa i3 MK2 & MK3: Display Cover

I really like the Display Cover model by MattWheeler, but I didn't want to glue the knob in place. I prefer to print it all at once. I redrew the model using OpenSCAD. It's customisable, but the Customizer tool keeps giving me random broken rendering errors. I assume it's a temporary glitch. I made the base slightly smaller so it will fit perfectly with my Prusa i3 MK2 printer. The hole for the LCD display is significantly smaller on the MK2 (about 0.2mm less). The model fits seamlessly with both the MK3 and the MK2.
