Prusa i3 MK2/MK2S y-axes lm8uu replace

These designs are created by various LM8UU projects, where I've added holders to make them all-in-one. I found that they work well on Prusa i3 MK2/MK2S (and clones) y-axis systems. Personally, I tested T2 and T3, and I prefer using T3. I'll give a try to T4 because I think it gives me a better outcome. There are three different bearings with IDs 8.0/8.1/8.2 mm.
