Improved Y-Axis for the Prusa i3 mk2/2.5. reduces difficulty when getting the frame perfectly square. also gets rid of the 8mm threaded rods. print prusa_y-axis_front.stl horizontally, and
prusa_y-axis_back.stl vertically.
Note: this does not work with the Lcd screen or power supply so you will have to mount them separately. I suggest a IKEA LACK enclosure.

Added a bracket to mount an LCD with the Prusa MK3 mounting brackets. not sure if it willl work, as i have not printed it out to test it.

REMIXED FROM:

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2836470

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

i3 MK2.5

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.25mm

Infill:

20% cubic

Filament:

filaments.ca Econofill PETG black

Notes:

I used custom generated supports in slic3r PE 1.41.1 for prusa_y-axis_front.stl as to not get any support material in the holes.
Do not print out of ABS as it will warp badly when being printed (i tried with carbon fiber ABS), and in my experience the layer adhesion is not good enough, and it will crack.

Print in PETG or similar materials like ex.
