Prusa i3 MK2/MK2.5 Frame Brace (used on Ikea Lack Table)
thingiverse
For the Ikea Lack Table build, I needed a reliable way to secure the frame in place. Since the printer stayed stable for a couple of weeks without shifting, I wanted extra reassurance that it would remain firmly attached. The design calls for custom feet, which can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1891939. These feet match perfectly with the GRK Fasteners #8 x 1 in. Star Drive Flat Washer Head Cabinet Screws #96050 purchased from Home Depot - a great find! https://www.homedepot.com/p/GRK-Fasteners-8-x-1-in-Star-Drive-Flat-Washer-Head-Cabinet-Screw-100-Pack-96050/204837618. To get started, position your printer accurately and mark the spots where the supports will go. Once you've made your marks, simply screw in place with confidence.
