Prusa i3 MK2 / MK2.5 Center Camera Arm

This is a camera arm designed specifically for the Original Prusa i3 MK2 and MK2.5 printers. It will NOT fit any models above the MK2.5. The camera arm is designed to be compatible with most of the PiCam cases available on Thingiverse, such as this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1646474 This arm attaches securely to the underside of the heat bed on the two front heatbed mounting points. It requires only two slightly longer M2 screws for mounting, which can be easily installed by unscrewing the old ones, fitting the arm underneath the bed, and then screwing the longer M2 screws through the holes on the arm into the heatbed mounting holes. A video demonstration of the mount in motion is provided below. Note: This arm will extend the Y-dimension footprint of the printer, potentially preventing it from fitting inside existing enclosures such as the IKEA Lack table enclosure.
