Prusa i3 MK2 induction probe converter

I've got several LJ12A3-4-Z/BY induction probes on hand but unfortunately they're not the right size for Prusa's awesome new extruder on the MK2. However, this converter can be easily bolted onto the standard induction probe holder allowing the use of 12mm probes with no problem. With a bit of tinkering it should also be straightforward to modify it to work with 18mm probes as well. Simply take an 8mm threaded rod or something similar and use it to hold things in place.
