This fan shroud clips onto the 30mm extruder fan of a Prusa i3. It directs air into the inlet of the fan and prevents wash from being thrown out to the side, where it can land on the print bed. When I started printing with ABS on my Prusa i3 MK2S, I noticed a problem - wash coming off the bottom of the extruder fan. This caused warping in the back left corner of all my prints. Installing this fan shroud solved that problem completely. Since then, I've had no issues with warping and can feel no air escaping from the sides of the fan inlet. Installation is easy: one side of the clip is slightly lower than the others. This goes on the back or left side of the extruder fan, below a plastic piece on the extruder body.
