Prusa i3 Laser Cut Frame and Braces

Get your laser-cut Prusa i3 frame and braces from TrickLaser at http://tricklaser.com/. The provided files, available on Github (https://github.com/sgraber/Prusa3_LC), support wood, acrylic, and other thin materials. Designed for 6mm-thick material, these frames are an accessible alternative to water jet cutting, with three file types (dxf, eps, and pdf) that can be used at local makerspaces or laser cutting businesses. The stock Prusa i3 Single Sheet Frame is slightly modified to accept the braces, keeping Josef Prusa's i3 parts from his Github repository (https://github.com/josefprusa/Prusa3/tree/jo-final) compatible. New angular braces are added to the bill of materials, and hole sizes are increased for enhanced compatibility. The latest changes include oblong holes for pre-wired motor connectors and relocated RAMPS 1.4 mounting holes. Obtain the frame and braces from your local makerspace or laser cutting business using the provided files, or purchase them online from SBGraber's Ebay store (http://myworld.ebay.com/sbgraber) or SeeMeCNC (http://shop.seemecnc.com/). For assembly, slide braces into the frame and secure with screws and nuts. Finish the assembly as per Prusa's repository instructions (https://github.com/josefprusa/Prusa3/blob/master/doc/manual.txt).
