Prusa i3 Improved for laser cut

This Prusa i3 redesign features several improvements. Firstly, two angle members were added to the laser cut frame to stiffen its rear side, ensuring a more robust Y axis assembly connection. Secondly, we replaced the original printed Z Axis mounting parts with stronger, laser cut alternatives that are less prone to breaking. The loose ends on the Z Axis lead screw, similar to Printrbot's design, were addressed by adding miniature flanged ball bearings on each side for support. All plastic printed parts received slight changes to enhance their strength and appearance. Lastly, the Y axis assembly can be easily removed and reinstalled in just a minute, making transportation or shipment more convenient. Despite these alterations, the original Prusa i3's dimensions and axis travels remain unchanged. The required parts include Smooth Rods (8mm) such as 2 x 15" for X-Axis, 2 x 16" for Y-Axis, and 2 x 12.5" for Z-Axis; Threaded Rods in 5/16", including 3 x 8.5", 1 x 12", and 2 x 17.5" (18"); and 2 x 12" of 5 mm for the Z-Axis. If purchasing 36" Smooth Rods, three will be needed. Instructions and a complete BOM are still being worked on, but kits are available for purchase. Happy New Year to all!
