I hacked together my own Prusa i3 Hephestos Z Endstop, and now it's stuck in place because I chose not to include a feature that allows movement - which was a deliberate decision on my part since I wasn't keen on having it wander around. Meanwhile, I also came up with a shorter version of this end stop: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:838519 The lowdown is this: I printed mine at 0.1 mm layer height and 20% infill. And to top it all off, I upgraded the 10 mm screws with some bigger 12 mm ones.
