Prusa I3 Hephestos improved Z axis brackets
thingiverse
UPDATE: After several uses, I noticed that this piece creates an unpleasant z-wobble effect in my prints and I've since removed it from my printer. I have found better results by freeing the threaded rod. Please exercise caution when using this piece. This thing is heavily based on a part made by @Oneira3D. Initially, when I created the original part, the ball bearing would fall down through the hole. To prevent this, I added a stop for the ball bearings. All credit goes to the original creator: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:516294 Custom Section Instructions You will need two ball bearings with dimensions 10x5x4 mm (outside diameter - inside diameter - height) or two bearings measuring 10x5x5 mm. Insert the ball bearing into the largest hole, utilizing a flat screwdriver to help guide it through the printed crack.
