Prusa i3 Hephestos Hot-End cooler for printing with ABS

With this setup, you can print in ABS on your Prusa i3 Hephestos without stressing about PTFE tubes distorting due to heat. Up until now, I've printed at 250ºC with no distortion occurring. I recommend following these guidelines: First, print the part in black PLA using no supports. Then, when you switch to printing ABS, set your Slic3r to start the fan after the first three layers and run it at full speed. Keep in mind that since your printer is not equipped with a heated bed, use BuildTak along with a brim of approximately the object's width to prevent warping.
