Prusa i3 front frame brace

Prusa i3 front frame brace

My Prusa i3 frame was a bit wobbly, with noticeable vibration between the bed and hotend. The frame also bent when I moved my printer around, so I decided to add this frame brace to increase its overall stability. This modification makes the frame much sturdier, reducing the likelihood of damaging the printer during transit, and keeps the distance between the bed and hotend constant. You don't need a specific angle to attach the rods; this design is adjustable, allowing easy installation without altering your existing bed configuration. The bottom bars are made for M8 rods, while the top bars and mounts use M5 screws. I upgraded the X-axis mounts with additional 5mm holes using Prusa i3 rework parts.
