Prusa i3 frame reinforcement

The frame of my Prusa i3 Hephestos was a bit unstable, so I aimed to find a method to strengthen it without replacing too many components. With just four printed parts, two 8mmx350mm steel or aluminum rods and some adhesive you can significantly enhance your printing quality. Steps: Print the files y-corner-left, y-corner-right, and twice holder-top The precision of these prints doesn't really matter Cut an 8mm rod into two 350mm pieces Replace the y-corner parts of your printer with the ones you just printed Insert the two rods into the holder-top and apply a small amount of adhesive Install the assembled rods with the holders onto the printers frame and into the corner parts. Add adhesive if necessary Important: I designed this specifically for a Prusa i3 Hephestos. Therefore, the distance between the corner part and the frame should be approximately 90mm for it to work.
