Prusa i3 Filament Guide and Cleaner

I carefully position my filament rolls on a separate stand located directly behind the printer. I then expertly route the filament over the top of the Prusa i3 frame and downwards into the top of the extruder. This specially designed guide attaches to the top of the frame, preventing the filament from scraping against it while also efficiently cleaning off any accumulated dust as the extruder draws the filament through. This printing project can be done without support materials. Begin by cutting a section of sponge, wrapping it around your filament, and then pushing it into the rear of the guide. Next, securely clip the guide to the top of your Prusa i3 aluminum frame.
