I'm glad you asked about this rather useless but awesome customization! Now your kids' hands will be completely safe from those pesky spinnies. Simply attach the cover to the fans using clear epoxy - not that quick-drying stuff, mind you - go for the good stuff that takes 12 hours to cure. Enjoy! Shrek is right there with you, and I'm sure he'll be thrilled to know you're taking such great care of your DIY project. By the way, make sure to use a good percentage of infill, or so I've been told.
